Northern Connemaras

“Empower with Horsepower” is an overnight camp that runs from June 20th to the 3rd week in August. Each session is one week, running from Sunday afternoon to pickup on Saturday morning.  Children can come for one week or more.
OUR MISSION is to empower children in choices, decision making, and self esteem, with the use of the Connemara Pony. Children will ride twice a day. You do not have to have riding experience to attend.
Swimming in the large pond and playing on the floating trampoline is a highlight for most kids at the end of a long day! 
Children stay in the 10-bed bunkhouse located 300 feet from the main house.  Two counselors and a counselor in training stay in the bunkhouse at all times. We accept 8 campers per week. All meals are eaten at the kitchen table in the main house, family style.
Some other highlights include S'MORES night, movie night, picnic on horseback, art projects, and dress up the pony day. Technology FREE.
Cost $1150 per week. Scholarships are available.

NEW for 2021 we will have two Pony Camp sessions for younger riders ages 4-7.  These will run from Monday - Friday from 9am - 2pm. Cost $500/week. See session dates below.
